Whether it’s going to the moon or hearing for the first time - great achievements take all kinds of great talent. With this campaign we wanted to inspire job seekers put their unique strengths to work and show how all people and roles can have a positive impact on our world.

I don't play tennis but apparently I should start. We created this digital campaign to educate Americans on the many benefits of playing tennis.
Around 70% of Indian SMBs hire via casual, personal recommendations, which is partly due to a lack of recruitment know-how.
Our campaign confronts the challenges posed by recruiting via casual personal recommendations – a problem very common in the high-growth SMB sector of India.
In the campaign’s short initial launch, there was a 10% increase in consideration among SMBs.
For the relaunch of our brand in India we partnered with DDB Mudra to create a bespoke campaign. Having previously worked at DDB New York, I got to have the unique experience of being a creative client for a network I once worked for.

Rising Voices was created out of the belief that talent is universal but opportunity is not-especially for people in the film industry. Data shows that BIPOC and female directors remain critically underrepresented.
In partnership with Lena Waithe and Hillman Grad Productions, Indeed established the film and mentorship program, Rising Voices. The production budget normally allocated for a national TV spot was instead invested it in 10 BIPOC/female directors to create short films. The directors each received a $10,000 script payment and $100,000 in funds to create their films. The directors and their films then debuted at The Tribeca Festival.
Season 3 of Rising Voices will premiere at Tribeca later this year.

To promote Huawei's new Smart Watch we created a contest – 1,000 Hours of Greatness - to help one person do what smart devices are actually intended to do. Make you smarter. To achieve this we gave one person 1,000 hours to pursue their passion.
A microsite was created for participants to submit applications and videos explaining how they would use the 1,000 hours. From the submissions one very deserving winner was chosen who is currently pursuing his greatness.

Indeed is the #1 job site in most of our markets, but in Australia we are #2. Even though Indeed had job listings the other sites didn’t, trying to convince job seekers to abandon the well-established, Australian competitor would be a challenge. So instead we re-framed our brand as an additional tool in the job search process.

Indeed conducted a nationwide survey on salary satisfaction, revealing that not only are women paid less, but they are far less likely to push for a higher raise. Only 48% of women ask for a bump in pay compared to 65% of men. While almost everyone knows that a pay gap exists, it’s still taboo to talk about pay, making it easy for the impact of pay inequality to go largely unnoticed.
With COVID exacerbating the issue, Indeed wanted to speak up, and coincidentally, Zoom was the perfect platform for our experiment.

For this campaign we spent countless hours locating and interviewing real people who found more than a job on Indeed. They found a place that gave them a sense of purpose and belonging.
